Total Time : 30 Min

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups strawberry ice cream

  • 1 cups chocolate fudge flavored topping

  • 1 cups strawberry spoonable ice cream topping

  • 4 cups vanilla wafer cookie crumbs

  • 1 cups container whipped topping

  • 4 ounces sticks of butter

  • 1 cups pie dish

Directions

  • First things first, this is a no-bake, layered frozen dessert. So you are going to be working in steps and freezing in between.
  • You need to pulverize your cookies. I put them into a ziploc bag and rolled over them with a rolling pin until everything was fairy crushed up.
  • Next, melt the butter in the microwave and pour it into your crushed cookie crumbs. Stir well until the crubs are well coated and can be formed to the bottom of your pie dish. Once your crust base is formed, put it in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
  • Once the crust has firmed up a bit, take your Smucker’s Magic Shell Chocolate Fudge Flavored Topping and empty it over the pie crust. Make sure it is evenly distributed and pop it back into the freezer until it’s frozen.
  • Now that your chocolate layer has set, it's time to layer on the ice cream and strawberry topping! I used about ⅔ of the carton of ice cream. It works best if you let it soften a little bit so you can easily spread it evenly over the chocolate layer. Next, pour the strawberry topping over the ice cream. Smooth it out (make sure to leave a bit of reserve in the jar) and set back in the freezer for one hour.
  • Once everything is nice and frozen, it's time for the finishing touch. Cover the top of the pie in whipped topping, garnish with fresh strawberries and the reserve of strawberry ice cream topping and you're done! Freeze it for 3 or 4 hours to ensure it stays nice and layered before you serve.
