So, all you’re going to do is combine all of your ingredients into a blender and combine them well. Pour it into a glass and you have a quick, easy and nutritious breakfast for your pickiest eater!
I used the chocolate one as a midday protein boost by adding a little bit of peanut butter and greek yogurt to it.
I love that they can be added to water or your favorite smoothie recipe. Plus the added bonus of finding something Piper will eat without protest is great in my book.
