Ingredients

  • Panner 100-150 gms

  • Brocolli florets 4 nos

  • potato bolied 1 nos

  • mushroom 4 nos

  • onion 1 nos

  • Tomato, diced 1 nos

  • Green,yellow,red capsicum cut in cubes each 1/2 cups

  • Babycorn 3 nos

  • pineapple, slices 3 nos

  • orange slices 2 nos

  • lemon juice 1 tbsp

  • curd 2 cups

  • ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp

  • gram flour 1 tbsp

  • Deggi mirch or chilli powder 1 tsp

  • red food color 1/2 tsp

  • coriander powder 1 tbsp

  • gram masala 1 tbsp

Directions

    In a bowl take curd whisk till smooth

    Add ginger garlic paste and rest of the spices & mix everything wel

    Add diced capsicum, onion, tomatoes, potatoes, mushroom, broccoli, babycorn and paneer to the marinade

    Slowly and gently mix them with the marinade

    After it is mixed well cover the marinade and keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours

    Arrange the veggies and paneer in a skewer

    Grill the veggies on a tandoor along with pineapple and orange slices till light brown in colour from all sides

  • 09

    You can also heat a non-stick tava cook the tikkas from all sides till light brown using oil

    Do the plating. Serve wid dips
