Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 100-150 gms panner


  • 4 nos brocolli florets


  • 1 nos potato bolied


  • 4 nos mushroom


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 nos tomato, diced


  • 1/2 cups green,yellow,red capsicum cut in cubes each


  • 3 nos babycorn


  • 3 nos pineapple, slices


  • 2 nos orange slices


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 2 cups curd


  • 3 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp gram flour


  • 1 tsp deggi mirch or chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp red food color


  • 1 tbsp coriander powder


  • 1 tbsp gram masala

Directions

  • In a bowl take curd whisk till smooth
  • Add ginger garlic paste and rest of the spices & mix everything wel
  • Add ginger garlic paste and rest of the spices & mix everything well
  • Add diced capsicum, onion, tomatoes, potatoes, mushroom, broccoli, babycorn and paneer to the marinade
  • Slowly and gently mix them with the marinade
  • After it is mixed well cover the marinade and keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours
  • Arrange the veggies and paneer in a skewer
  • Grill the veggies on a tandoor along with pineapple and orange slices till light brown in colour from all sides
  • You can also heat a non-stick tava cook the tikkas from all sides till light brown using oil
  • Do the plating. Serve wid dips
