Bhaji preparation (for stuffing)
Heat cube of butter in a pan, add the finely chopped onion in garlic
Once the onion become soft, add the chopped tomatoes, cook till it is all mashed up
Add the capsicum pieces, salt, kashmiri chilli powdered pav bhaji masala
Add 2-3 tbsp of water and cook for few minutes till a tasty masala is ready
Add few drops of lemon juice to adjust to your taste, also mix in the coriander leaves and switch off
Apply generous amount of the masala on the inside of the sliced buns
Heat a skilled and spread 1 tbsp of the butter all around, stuffed subji in buns
Cheese Sauce preparation
Combine milk & flour in a saucepan, stir with whisk, stir in remaining 3/4 cup milk, bring to a boil over medium heat ,staring continuously, reduce heat to low, simmer 2 minute or until slightly thickened, stirring constantly, remove from heat, stir in cheese & pepper, stirring until cheese melts
