Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Ground nut 1 tbsp

  • Urud dal 1/2 tbsp

  • Sesame 1/2 tbsp

  • Raw mango 1 nos

  • onion 1 nos

  • tomato 1 nos

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat a pan and fry ground nut without oil.set it aside and fry urudu daal and seasam as same.

    Chop the onion and tomato and heat it as same as nuts in pan till half cook.

  • 03

    Mix onion and tomato with seeds and allow to come to room temperature

  • 04

    After it cools add chilli powder, salt and mango and grind it in a mixer. Do not over grind.

    This chutney is really tasty combination with dossa.
