Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 tbsp ground nut


  • 1/2 tbsp urud dal


  • 1/2 tbsp sesame


  • 1 nos raw mango


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp chilli powder

Directions

  • Heat a pan and fry ground nut without oil.set it aside and fry urudu daal and seasam as same.
  • Chop the onion and tomato and heat it as same as nuts in pan till half cook.
  • Mix onion and tomato with seeds and allow to come to room temperature
  • After it cools add chilli powder, salt and mango and grind it in a mixer. Do not over grind.
  • This chutney is really tasty combination with dossa.
