Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups chickpeas boiled


  • 1 nos onion, finely chopped


  • 1 nos tomato, finely chopped


  • 1 tbsp green chillies ,finely chopped


  • 1 nos cucumber finely chopped


  • 1 nos potato,boiled


  • 1 tbsp chaat masala


  • 2-3 tbsp lemon juice


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 nos cheese cube finely chopped

Directions

  • Soak the chickpeas overnight.
  • Drain and wash the soaked chickpeas.
  • Add required salt and water and pressure cook the chickpeas for 4-5 whistles or till they are soft.
  • Let the chickpeas cool down meanwhile chop the vegetables.
  • Take a bowl add in chickpeas, finely chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, green chillies, potato and cheese cubes.
  • Next add chaat masala, salt, lemon juice and some coriander leaves.
  • Mix everything well and Enjoy!
