Soak the chickpeas overnight.
Drain and wash the soaked chickpeas.
Add required salt and water and pressure cook the chickpeas for 4-5 whistles or till they are soft.
Let the chickpeas cool down meanwhile chop the vegetables.
Take a bowl add in chickpeas, finely chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, green chillies, potato and cheese cubes.
Next add chaat masala, salt, lemon juice and some coriander leaves.
Mix everything well and Enjoy!
