Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 1/2 cups milk


  • 3/4 cups rice


  • 5 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tsp cardamon powder


  • 1 nos mango pulped


  • 1 nos mango cut in cubes

Directions

  • Soak the rice for 1 hour and then grind until fine.
  • In a saucepan, add the milk and rice . Stir until the mixture thickens.
  • Add in the sugar, cardamon power, mango pulp and mango pieces.
  • Transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with mango pieces and dry fruits if desired.
  • Once at room temperature, cover it with a cling wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
