Ingredients
Serves 3
Milk 1 1/2 cups
Rice 3/4 cups
Sugar 5 tbsp
Cardamon Powder 1 tsp
Mango Pulped 1 nos
Mango Cut in Cubes 1 nos
Directions
Soak the rice for 1 hour and then grind until fine.
In a saucepan, add the milk and rice . Stir until the mixture thickens.
Add in the sugar, cardamon power, mango pulp and mango pieces.
Transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with mango pieces and dry fruits if desired.
Once at room temperature, cover it with a cling wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
