Ingredients

1 nos apple
1 nos orange
4 nos carrots,halved and peeled
1/2 nos cucumber
1 nos ginger
1/2 nos lemon
1 cups water, to dilute if needed
2 tbsp healthy sweetener of choice, to taste
Directions
Juice them all! Add water if you think the juice has to be diluted. Also, add healthy sweetener of choice. I prefer it just as it is, without sweetener, as I find it already sweet enough. Enjoy!
