Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, coriander seeds, Ginger and green chillies. Fry them until fragrant.
Add onions and fry them until golden brown. Don't burn them.
Add tomatoes, cook till they are mushy.
Add red Chilli powder, crushed red Chilli, coriander powder, turmeric powder. Saute for a minute.
Add Bhindi (Okra), mix well, cover and cook for a minute.
Add garam masala, dry mango powder, half of chopped coriander, salt and mix well.
Cover and cook till Bhindi is done. Garnish it with rest of chopped coriander.
Serve hot with paranthas or chapatis.
