  • 2 kgs tapioca


  • 1/2 litre curd


  • 4-5 nos green chillies


  • 1-2 ounces onions


  • 1 tbsp salt

  • Boil tapioca with a pinch of salt in water.
  • It takes 30-45 minutes for the tapioca to be perfectly soft and smooth.
  • Once tapioca is boiled,drain the water completely.
  • Now take a bowl and pour .5 litre of curd into it.
  • Chop the green chillies and onions finely.
  • Add the chillies,onions,and salt to the curd and mix it well.
  • Now the tapioca and chutney is ready to be served.
