Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1/2 big bowl rice


  • 2tsp salt


  • 1tsp pepper


  • 1 cup macaroni


  • 250gm cottage cheese


  • 2 tsp chewnut powder


  • 1tsp garlic paste


  • 1tsp ginger paste


  • 1/2 cup cheese


  • 2tsp olive oil


  • 3-4 leaves basil


  • 2 onions


  • 2 tomatoes


  • 1 carrot


  • 1 cup peas


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp soya sauce


  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup


  • 5-6 branch coriander


  • 3/4 big bowl water

Directions

  • First take a thick base saucer. Put 1tsp olive oil then put rice and fry. Fry till the rice is dry and non sticky.
  • After that remove rice in a place and let it cool down.
  • In same saucer take 1tsp olive oil and put 2 chopped onions. Fry till it become pink.
  • Add black pepper powder, 1 tsp of ginger and 1tsp of garlic paste. Fry with onions till it becomes dry.
  • Put 1 chopped carrot, fry it around 1min. Then put peas and fry same for 1 min.
  • Now put chopped tomatoes fry till its semi sauce like texture.
  • Add half boiled macaroni and fry a little. Put soya sauce and tomato ketchup and fry.
  • Now put rice and fry.
  • Now add water.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Let the whole mixture to boil on high flame.
  • Now lower flame to medium and put cottage cheese slice and let it settle.
  • Now put grated cheese and cover the saucer with medium flame.
  • After 10mins rice would get ready then garnish with coriander and basil leaves.
