Ingredients
Serves 2
Watermelon chunks 3 cups
Sugar 1-2 tsp
Mint leaves 8-10 nos
Salt 1/4 tsp
green chilli 2-3 nos
Lemon juice 1-2 tsp
Directions
Mix everything together in a blender till it's smooth. Add crushed ice and blend, if you prefer a super chilled version. I also added 2 tbsp of Malibu, for a coconut flavour.
You can store it in fridge for 2 days.
