  • Raw Pistachios 1 cups

  • Almond flour 1 cups

  • Egg white 3 nos

  • Walnuts 3/4 cups

  • Coconut sugar 2 tbsp

  • Fresh blueberries 1 cups

  • Fresh raspberries 1 cups

  • Cinnamon 1/2 tbsp

    add the almond flour to a dry bowl

  • 02

    ground half a cup of pistachios in a food processor until a fine powder of pistachios is achieved

  • 03

    ground the walnuts with the pistachios

  • 04

    add the pistachio/walnut flour into the bowl

  • 05

    mix all the ingredients together

  • 06

    add coconut sugar to the flour and mix

  • 07

    add two egg whites into the mix, and stir until a paste consistency is achieved

  • 08

    roll the paste into average size balls and place in a greased baking surface or on baking paper

  • 09

    place in the oven at 180C for 5min then take them out and compress the balls into round shaped cookies and place some raw Pistachios on top and return to bake in oven for 5min

    add the blueberries and raspberries onto the plate for decoration and sweet fresh taste to the dish and sprinkle the fruits with cinnamon
