  • Lime juice 1/2 cups

  • Water 1/2 cups

  • Sugar 1/2 cups

  • Banana(large,sliced diagonally) 1 nos

  • Blueberries(divided) 480 gms

  • Nectarines(large, sliced) 2 nos

  • Strawberries(hulled and halved) 480 gms

  • Watermelon balls 1 cups

  • Seedless grapes(green) 1 cups

  • Kiwi-(peeled and sliced) 1 nos

  • Dark sweet cherry (to garnish) 4 nos

    In bowl, stir lime juice, water and sugar until sugar dissolves. Add sliced bananas and set aside.

    In large serving bowl, preferably glass, layer blueberries (reserve 1/2 cup for garnish), nectarines, strawberries, banana, watermelon and grapes.

    Garnish with reserved 1/2 cup blueberries, the kiwi and dark black cherries.

    Pour lime-sugar syrup over fruit, cover loosely and chill before serving.

This makes a really good fruit salad. I added the dry pudding in with the fruit and then added some of the pineapple juice until I thought it was juicy enough, didnt need much of the peach juice. I did not add the sugar.
