Refrigerated pie crust 2 nos
Peaches(peeled and sliced) 3 nos
Strawberries 350 gms
Blueberries 180 gms
Sugar 5 tsp
All-purpose flour 4 tsp
Brown sugar 6 tbsp
Preheat oven to 230 degree Celsius.
Lay out one pie crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment or on a baking stone, leaving room for the second pie crust next to it.
Take the sliced peaches,half of the blueberries,2tbsp flour,2tbsp sugar in a bowl and mix it.pour into the pie crust and leave some border.fold the free border into the fruits and pinch into multiple folds.add 3tbsp brown sugar to it.
Mix the remaining strawberries, blueberries,flour,and sugar in a bowl.lay out the second pie crust in the baking sheet.pour the mix into pie crust and do the above step.
Bake in preheated oven until crust is lightly browned, add more sugar if desired. Serve warm.
