Ingredients

250 gms kidney beans
1/2 nos cabbage
2 nos carrots
1 nos red onion
50 gms walnut
1/2 nos orange
1 tbsp honey
1 pinch salt
Directions
Pressure cook the kidney beans in some water with a pinch of salt.
Meanwhile grate 1/2 of a cabbage and 2 carrots. Chop the onions and the walnuts.
For the dressing, juice 1/2 of an orange and add 1 tablespoon of honey to it.
After the kidney beans are cooked, place them in a large salad bowl. Add the grated cabbage and carrots,chopped onions and walnuts to the bowl and give it a mix.
Add the orange and honey dressing to the salad and mix it up.
