Add 1 pinch of salt and 1/2 tablespoon of pepper to the Tofu cubes, mix it in a way that all the Tofu cubes are coated with the salt and pepper, then allow it to marinate for five minutes.
Chop 3 tomatoes and grate 1/2 a cabbage meanwhile.
Heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil and sauté the Tofu slices without breaking them on low flame until they get a brown tinge. Set the Tofu aside.
In the same pan, heat 1 /2 tablespoon of oil and add the chopped tomatoes to it. Cook it until it releases all its juices.
Add the grated cabbage to the tomatoes, a pinch of salt and 1/2 tablespoon of pepper. Cook until everything comes together.
Turn off the flame after the mixture gets almost dry and then add the cooked Tofu cubes. Give it a nice toss.
Serve it on cabbage leaves with half a slice of lemon.
Voilà! An easy salad for any time of the day.
