Wash spinach an let it dry. Wash onion and leek and cut in small pieces. We put the half margarine and the olive oil in the casserole to become hot, we add pepper, paprika and salt and the washed vegetables (onion, leek and spinach) and saute for 12 minutes. we add chopped slices of turkey, we pour the cream and let the mix to lose water and become creamy. in the meanwhile we cook tagliatelles in boiled salted water and wring them. we butter a refractory vessel with the rest of the margarine, we put the half of tagliatelles in it. after that we put the half grated gruyere and the half mix of vegetables. again we put the rest of tagliatelles, the rest gruyere and the vegetables. after that we put sliced gouda cheese to cover all of them. we bake in 180 degrees in preheated oven as long as the cheese melts and food takes a good colour. we take out of oven, let it get a little cold and is ready to enjoy.
