Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1/2 to 2/3 cup crushed rice crackers

  • 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • 01

    Prepare a rectangular pan with tinfoil and a metal rack

  • 02

    Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix together by hand

  • 03

    Form into balls the size of ping pong or golf balls and place onto the rack in the pan

  • 04

    Cover the pan with tinfoil and place in the oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until cooked through
