Ingredients

Serves 7

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup caster sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

  • 1 cup milk

Directions

    Combine eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl, mixing until smooth.

    Pour into custard cups.

  • 03

    In a large baking dish filled halfway up with water, place custard cups into it.

  • 04

    Leave to bake for 30 minutes
