115grams caster sugar
115grams self raising flour
115grams margarine ( room temperature)
2 eggs ( room temperature

Directions

Set oven to 150°
Put all ingredients into a bowl then mix till smooth. Place cupcake cups in a muffin pan and spoon in the mixture
Bake in the preheated oven until the cupcakes are golden brown.
