1 kilo pork ribs
1 daikon, peeled and sliced
10 pcs okra (gumbo)
4-5 stalks bok choy
3-4 pcs taro root, peeled and sliced
2 pcs tomato, sliced
5 cups water
2 packets of tamarind soup base
Boil the pork ribs until tender. Add tomato, onion and few pieces of taro root to make the soup thicker.
Add the soup base mix.
Add the remaining taro root, okra and daikon.
Add the sliced bok choy and green chili. Let it simmer for 2 minutes or until the bok choy is completely cooked.
