Ingredients

  • Milk 230


  • Whipping cream 230


  • Sugar 50


  • Gelatin 2tb


  • Vanilla essence 2 tb


  • Pineapple 500g

Directions

  • Mix the whipping cream with milk and add sugar
  • Simmer the mixture till the sugar dissolves, do not boil.
  • Add vanilla essence and gelatin when the mixture cools down
  • Allow the mixture to set in a glass or bowl preferably over night or 6 hrs in fridge.
  • Make pineapple juice and reduce to thicker consistency
  • Pour on top of the custard before serving. Enjoy 😊
