Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup urud dal


  • 1 1/2 cup Parboiled rice


  • 1 salt to taste


  • 1/4 teaspoon methi


  • 1 pack Aul Cheese


  • 1 large onion


  • 1 pinch black pepper

Directions

  • Grind the first 5 ingredients and place it over night to rise
  • when the batter is ready, take a flat pan and spread it thin and even.
  • put chopped onion on the top of the dosa before the batter starts to cook.
  • as the dosa is getting crisp, shred some cheese and fold
