Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 grams chopped French beans, baby corn, mushrooms


  • 100 grams chopped carrots


  • 100 grams chopped scallions/spring onions


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 5-6 cloves garlic smashed and chopped


  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder/ schezuan pepper corn powder


  • 1-2 tablespoons red chilli sauce


  • 1-2 tablespoon soy sauce


  • 1 tablespoon vineger


  • 6 cups cooked cooled rice


  • About 200 ml oil


  • 2 tablespoons monosodium glutamate

Directions

  • In a large wok. Heat the oil. When oil starts smoking add all the chopped vegetables and saute till tender about 3-4 mins. Add the red chilli powder and saute for 1 minute more.
  • Add the cooked rice and toss in the mixture. Add the soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and toss again. Add salt to taste. Add the monosodium glutamate and toss for a few minutes. Serve hot garnished with chopped spring onions.
