200 grams chopped French beans, baby corn, mushrooms
100 grams chopped carrots
100 grams chopped scallions/spring onions
1 onion chopped
5-6 cloves garlic smashed and chopped
1 tablespoon red chilli powder/ schezuan pepper corn powder
1-2 tablespoons red chilli sauce
1-2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vineger
6 cups cooked cooled rice
About 200 ml oil
2 tablespoons monosodium glutamate
Directions
In a large wok. Heat the oil. When oil starts smoking add all the chopped vegetables and saute till tender about 3-4 mins. Add the red chilli powder and saute for 1 minute more.
Add the cooked rice and toss in the mixture. Add the soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and toss again. Add salt to taste. Add the monosodium glutamate and toss for a few minutes. Serve hot garnished with chopped spring onions.
