Ingredients

Serves 20

  • 6 potatoes

  • 1 stick butter

  • 1 gallon milk

  • 1 brick Velveeta cheese

  • 1/2 onion

  • 6 strips bacon

  • 1 cup potato flakes

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

    Peel 6 or so spuds cut up to about ½” cubes. Boil until tender, drain

  • 02

    Over a medium to low heat add one stick of butter and milk to cover the potatoes, salt & pepper.

  • 03

    Put some Velveeta in and add water – when hot sprinkle potato flakes in to thicken (takes lots of taste testing). Fry bacon crisp and crumple into the soup
