In a blender mix together the eggs sugar melted butter and essence
Mix the flour and cornflour together and add them to the wet ingredients.
Add water to make the mixture flowy (like pancake mixture)
Preheat the oven to 190°Celsius. Line a baking tray with baking sheet. Grease it.
Droop about 2 teaspoons of batter on the prepared tray and spread it a little. It will spread more during the baking procedure. Place more minimum 4 inches apart. Start with one or two cookies at a time. Then go on to more! Bake at 190°Celsius for 12-16 mins. Prepare the next batch f cookies on another tray till then
Once cookies look done. Get them out immediately. And remove the cookies on to a board. Carefull the cookies will be very hot. Place a fortune in the centre of the cookie and fold the cookie in half. Next seal the edges and bring the two ends together. You have to work really fast here or else the cookies dry and break.
Place them in muffin tins or egg holders so that they cool and harden and are set into the shape you gave them.
Let them cool completely. Enjoy!
