Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1tbsp butter
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup of chopped carrots and beans
  • 10℅ of 1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels blended
  • 90℅ of 1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder dissolved in water
  • 1 tbsp corn starch dissolved in water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic cloves minced

Directions

  • Heat butter in a pan and add garlic, onions, carrots and beans,sweet corn paste,sweet corn kernels and saute for 3-4 minutes
  • Add vegetable stock and boil for 3 minutes
  • Add water and salt and also pepper and cornstarch dissolved water
  • Cover with lid and simmer for 7 minutes and turn off the flame and serve hot
