Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 4 small fresh water fish with slits cut

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp pepper powder

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 tsp mixed herbs powder

  • 1 tsp corn starch

  • 1 tbsp sesamic seeds

  • 4 tbsp gingelly oil

  • 2 tbsp salt

  • 5 sprigs of cilantro chopped

  • 2 small onions cut into halves

  • 1/2 lime cut into wedges and ring

  • 1 carved Tomato

Directions

    Take a bowl and break an egg into it.Now add corn starch,red chilli powder,pepper powder,mixed herbs, coriander powder,salt,sesamic seeds and mix well

  • 02

    Now roll the fish in the mixture and transfer into a pan with preheated gingelly oil

  • 03

    Toss the fish occasionally to ensure it is cooked evenly

  • 04

    Transfer into a bowl and garnish with cilantro,onions,tomato and lime
