Ingredients

4 small fresh water fish with slits cut
1 egg
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp mixed herbs powder
1 tsp corn starch
1 tbsp sesamic seeds
4 tbsp gingelly oil
2 tbsp salt
5 sprigs of cilantro chopped
2 small onions cut into halves
1/2 lime cut into wedges and ring
1 carved Tomato
Directions
Take a bowl and break an egg into it.Now add corn starch,red chilli powder,pepper powder,mixed herbs, coriander powder,salt,sesamic seeds and mix well
Now roll the fish in the mixture and transfer into a pan with preheated gingelly oil
Toss the fish occasionally to ensure it is cooked evenly
Transfer into a bowl and garnish with cilantro,onions,tomato and lime
