  • Boiled rice-2cups

  • Sesamic oil- 4tbsp

  • Red chilli-4

  • Salt-2 tbsp

  • Cumin seeds-1tbsp

  • Curry leaves-20

  • Garlic cloves-10

  • Ajowan-1 tbsp


  • Preheat oil in a pan and add garlic cloves,cumin seeds, ajowan,red chilli, curry leaves and saute well
  • Now add rice and salt and toss well
  • After 3 minutes of tossing the dish will be ready to serve
