Ingredients

  • Potatoes sliced-250 gms

  • Red chilli flakes-2 tbsp

  • Salt-1tbsp

  • Cumin seeds-1tbsp

  • Vegetable oil- 4tbsp

Directions

    Preheat oil in a pan and saute cumin seeds

  • 02

    Add sliced potatoes of desired shape in the pan and toss them occasionally

  • 03

    Once they turn into golden brown colour add red chilli flakes and sprinkle salt

  • 04

    Toss them well in the pan for 2-3 minutes and serve hot
