3 Cups Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
3/4 Cup Key Lime Juice
1 Tbs Grated Lime Zest
1 1/2 Cups Finely Ground Graham Cracker
1/2 Cup White Sugar
6 Tbs Butter (3/4 stick)
1/2 Tbs Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tbs Paprika
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
Preheat oven to 350°F (190°C)
Melt butter in mixing bowl
Mix the Graham Cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon, in the bowl with the butter, until well blended.
Press mixture firmly in an 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
Bake Crust for 7 minutes
Let cool while you prepare the filling
Set oven to 350°F (175°C)
In medium mixing bowl, combine the Condensed Milk, Sour Cream, Lime Juice, and Lime Rind.
Mix well, until smooth.
Pour into cooled pie crust
Bake for 5-8 minutes until tiny bubbles burst at the surface

Chill well before serving. Typically 1 hour should do.
Garnish with Lime slice and whipped cream
