Preheat vegetable oil in a pan and add garlic,cumin seeds,red chilli,curry leaves and ginger-garlic paste
Saute for a while and add onions and fry until golden brown
Now add cauliflower florets and salt and saute well
Cover with lid for 5 minutes
Now open the lid and toss occasionally.once the florets are well cooked add red chilli powder and mix well
Cook for two more minutes and serve hot
