Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250gms cauliflower florets


  • 1 large onion chopped


  • 4 dried red chillies


  • 1tbsp cumin seeds


  • 5 garlic cloves minced


  • 6 curry leaves


  • 1tbsp ginger- garlic paste


  • 1tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1.5tbsp salt


  • 3tbsp of vegetable oil

Directions

  • Preheat vegetable oil in a pan and add garlic,cumin seeds,red chilli,curry leaves and ginger-garlic paste
  • Saute for a while and add onions and fry until golden brown
  • Now add cauliflower florets and salt and saute well
  • Cover with lid for 5 minutes
  • Now open the lid and toss occasionally.once the florets are well cooked add red chilli powder and mix well
  • Cook for two more minutes and serve hot
