Ingredients

  • 500gr Egg Yolk


  • 300gr Sugar


  • 1250gr Mascarpone Cheese


  • 500gr Whipping Cream (Soft)

Directions

  • Whisk the egg yolk with the sugar until we get a puffy mix.
  • Whip the cream but only until we get a soft whipped cream
  • Mix together the mascarpone and whipped cream in the Egg Yolk mix until we mix all the ingredients and we get a softy and creamy mix.
