Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 1/3cup xylitol

  • 0.5l water

  • 1l almond milk

  • 3 teabags black tea

  • 3 cinnamon sticks or 3tsp ground

  • 1.5tsp black pepper

  • 10 whole cloves

  • 2tsp ground ginger

  • 2tsp crushed cardamom pods

  • 1/2 fennel seeds

  • 1/2 anise seed

  • 1tsp vanilla essence

  • 3tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • 01

    boil the water, add tea bags and let simmer for 5min

  • 02

    remove tea bags and add all other ingredient except for the almond milk

  • 03

    let it simmer for 15min then add the almond milk

  • 04

    let it heat up, sift mixture, enjoy a cup or two and store the rest in the milk container in the fridge
