1 Ham Steak
1 Small Pineapple
2 Ears Fresh Corn
1.5 Cups Steamed Rice
1.5 Cups Cooked Green Beans with Vinegar
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1.5 Teaspoons Mustard
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Teaspoon Poppy Seeds
Turn on your grill.
Begin Steaming Rice and Beans (or prepare instant rice/frozen beans in microwave)
Prepare Honey Mustard dipping sauce. Blend mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and poppy seeds (optional) in a ramekin or small bowl, set aside.
Remove skin from pineapple and slice into half inch thick disks. Do not remove core.
Grill pineapple, ham, and corn until visible browsing occurs. Depending on grill and temperature, probably between 4-8 minutes per side. Use good judgment based on your own grilling apparatus and preferences.
Throw everything on a plate as pictured, and get ready for a delicious, fresh tasting, summer-evoking feast!
