Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 12 slices of white bread/whole wheat bread

  • 6 pieces of beef bacon (cut into small pieces)

  • 6 eggs

  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions

    heat the oven at 150°C

  • 02

    grease the muffin mold with butter

  • 03

    cut the bread into round shapes and then roll 2 slices of bread to make them thinner

  • 04

    put the bread that has been rolled into muffin mold

  • 05

    in the pan, heat the cooking oil and fry the bacon until half-cooked

  • 06

    put the pieces of fried beef bacon into muffin mold that has been coated with bread earlier

  • 07

    sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of the bacon

  • 08

    break an egg on the top

  • 09

    bake in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes

  • 10

    remove the egg toast from the mold and garnish it with scallions
