  • 1/2 kg chicken

  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste

  • 3-4 onions

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

    Firstly,clean chicken with vinegar and turmeric.

    Then take chicken into a bowl and put ginger garlic paste,salt and chilli powder and mix it well.

    Rest the chicken for 20-30 mins.

    Then chop the onions vertically or C shaped.

    Pour oil into a hot pan and fry onions very well till it turn brown.

    Later,add marinated chicken into the fried onions and put lid and let it cook for 7-10mins.

    Don't add any water,chicken will loose out it's own water and it will be cooked.

    Then add lemon juice for taste and serve with roti or rice.
