Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 3 tbsp​ veg oil

  • 1 medium onion diced

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 cup cut zucchini

  • Fresh green peas from 3-4 pods

  • 2 Green chillies

  • 1 small tomato

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes

  • 1 bowl cooked n cooled rice(can also use left over rice)

Directions

    Heat oil till hot.

  • 02

    Add onions, saute it for 20 seconds

  • 03

    Add chopped green chillies, saute for 10 secs

  • 04

    Add all the vegetables, cook it for 2 mins in medium flame

  • 05

    Add rice ,salt , black pepper and oregano

  • 06

    Mix it and continue cooking for 3-4 mins

  • 07

    Sprinkle some chilli flakes before removing from the stove

  • 08

    Seve hot
