Ingredients
Serves 2
3 tbsp​ veg oil
1 medium onion diced
1 carrot
1 cup cut zucchini
Fresh green peas from 3-4 pods
2 Green chillies
1 small tomato
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 bowl cooked n cooled rice(can also use left over rice)
Directions
Heat oil till hot.
Add onions, saute it for 20 seconds
Add chopped green chillies, saute for 10 secs
Add all the vegetables, cook it for 2 mins in medium flame
Add rice ,salt , black pepper and oregano
Mix it and continue cooking for 3-4 mins
Sprinkle some chilli flakes before removing from the stove
Seve hot
