  • 1 cup Sesame seeds

  • 5 dates

  • 1 tablespoons honey

Directions

    Roast the sesame seeds in a pan for 1 min

  • 02

    Powder the roasted sesame seeds in a food processor for half a min

  • 03

    Add pitted dates and honey and and grind till all the ingredients are mixed properly

  • 04

    Transfer the mixture into a bowl and prepare laddoos with hand.
