Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Chicken 1Lb


  • Paprika 1.5 Tbs


  • Cayenne 2Tbs


  • Garlic Powder 3Tbs


  • Teryaki Sauce 3Tbs


  • Brown Rice 2.5 Cups


  • Onion, Garlic, and Beef Broth 1 lbs (Aldi's)


  • Mushroom Gravy 2 packs


  • Chicken Gravy 2 Packs


  • Mushrooms 8oz


  • Butter 2Tbs


  • Salt 2tsp


  • Bacon ½ lb

Directions

  • Cube chicken in 1/2 inch squares. Don't worry about being super precise.
  • Sautè chicken on high heat, with Paprika, cyan, and 2/3 garlic powder. Cook until chicken is done through and dry on outside.
  • Add Teryaki sauce, cook until chicken is blackened.
  • Cook instant brown rice in the garlic and roasted onion beef Broth.
  • Add almond milk (to thickness liking) to the rice. Then add all Gravy packets.
  • Sautè Mushrooms with butter, salt, and remaining garlic powder.
  • Cut bacon into 1 /2 inch pieces. Cook until crispy. Let cool on paper towels to drain the grease.
  • Mix everything together!
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
