Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup moong dal (lentils)

  • 1 cup rice

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Ghee (clarified butter) for garnish

Directions

  • 01

    Wash the lentils and rice together with plain water

  • 02

    Put in pressure with 2 1/2 cups water and salt

  • 03

    Put it on high flame for 10mins and low flame for 5 mins

  • 04

    Serve hot with a tsp of ghee
