  • Eggs: whisked well3

  • Rice: of rice cooked2 cups

  • Onion: medium diced1

  • Seasoning:

  • Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp

  • Chilli Powder: 1 tsp

  • Coriander Powder: 1 tsp

  • Sesame Oil

  • Saltto taste

  • Spring onions to garnish

    In a wok or a sauce pan, sauté the onions in some sesame oil

  • 02

    When the onions go soft, add the whisked eggs and add the seasoning and cook the eggs like you would make some scrambled eggs

  • 03

    Once cooked through, add the rice, some soy sauce and salt

  • 04

    Give it a good and gentle toss, so the rice does not get mushed

  • 05

    Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with some spring onions before serving
