mix water , sugar cane cube, yeast, fruits to prepare mixture or ( coda in Malayalam )
store mixture in cool and dark place for minimum of 7 days .
assemble copper pipe, hose and pressure cooker by googling how to prepare alchol at home
put mixture in pressure cooker and turn on the fire
you will notice the vapour dripping down the end of hose
burn drop of droplet exiting the hose, if it burns continue extracting more, when droplet fails to burn, stop the fire.
the droplets collected is pure alchol or ethanol, which can be served dry or on the rocks...enjoy :)
