Ingredients

Serves :
  • 30g butter


  • 2 tablespoons flour


  • 3 cups Campbell's Real Stock Chicken


  • 1 tablespoon sherry

Directions

  • Pour off excess turkey drippings from roasting pan, leaving 1 /2 cup. Add butter to pan, melt on medium heat.
  • Stir in flour and cook for 3 mins, scrapping off any crusty pieces, until light brown.
  • Add stock and simmer, stirring for 3 mins, until thickened. Stir in sherry, season, and pour into jug.
