Ingredients

Serves :
  • 100ml thickened cream


  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • 1 x 75g pkt frozen Calais Mini Pavlovas, thawed


  • 1 small banana, peeled, thinly sliced


  • 4 strawberries, washed, hulled, thinly sliced


  • 2 passionfruit, halved

Directions

  • Use a balloon whisk to whisk the cream and vanilla in a medium bowl until soft peaks form.
  • Divide the cream mixture evenly among the pavlovas. Top with the banana and strawberry. Spoon over the passionfruit pulp to serve.
