Ingredients

70g (1/3 cup) caster sugar
80ml (1/3 cup) water
185ml (3/4 cup) Drambuie
125ml (1/2 cup) fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
Ice cubes
Directions
Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 4 minutes or until sugar dissolves and liquid thickens. Set aside for 15 minutes to cool.
Place sugar syrup, Drambuie, lemon juice, egg white and ice in a cocktail shaker, and shake until well combined. Strain into serving glasses and serve.
