Ingredients

  • 1 litre frozen passionfruit sorbet (we used Weiss Frutia)

  • 750ml sparkling white wine, chilled

Directions

  • 01

    Place half the sorbet in a blender with half the sparkling wine. Process until well combined. Pour into 4 chilled glasses.

  • 02

    Repeat with remaining sorbet and sparkling wine. Fill 4 more glasses. Serve.
