Ingredients

Serves :
  • 140g packet Werther's Originals hard toffees


  • 400g good-quality milk chocolate, chopped


  • 1/3 cup thickened cream


  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • 50g good-quality dark chocolate, chopped

Directions

  • Place toffees in a food processor. Process to fine crumbs. Follow step 1 of Basic truffle recipe (see related recipe), replacing dark chocolate with 200g milk chocolate. Stir toffee through chocolate mixture.
  • Follow step 2 of Basic truffle recipe (see related recipe). Freeze until firm.
  • Follow step 3 of Peppermint truffles recipe (see related recipe), replacing dark chocolate with milk chocolate.
  • Follow step 4 of Peppermint truffles recipe (see related recipe), replacing white chocolate with dark chocolate.
